The TIBATEK story
Summer 2015
The liquid soil problem
Tibatek GmbH was launched in 2015 with the development of a new liquid soil shovel. That same year, the construction company Klaus Stewering GmbH & Co. KG received a major contract for the inner-city sewer renovation of the Lutter in Bielefeld.
This project required small quantities of liquid soil to be installed every working day over a long period of time. This could only be done economically by producing the soil on site. A search for a suitable device proved unsuccessful.
Autumn 2015
Take action yourself
Enquiries to various manufacturers were also unsuccessful, so the construction company developed its own construction equipment and had it patented.
2016
Birth from invention
After a short time, several enquiries were received from interested construction companies that had recognised the advantages of economical liquid soil production. Tibatek GmbH was then founded in order to clearly separate the construction and building technology divisions.
Spring 2022
Merger of Ellsaesser Engineering and Tibatek GmbH
Philipp Ellsäßer becomes managing director and brings his products into the company.

Further information
In addition to the new development of the liquid soil bucket, further civil engineering technology from Stewering was then added to the range. A special feature of this civil engineering technology is that all products are unrivalled and the ideas were developed by the people on the construction site.
